Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience, including knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and customer service excellence.
• 2+ years directly supervising a diverse team, including performance management and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store, ensuring SOPs and company programs are followed; hold the team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Deliver sales and profit plans and KPIs; manage the team to achieve role KPIs.
• Lead the execution of the customer brand promises.
• Implement and lead shrink and safety programs to hit goals.
• Use company tools to set, prioritize and communicate goals and provide overall management to team and customers.
• Staff the store with qualified Team Members: hire, train, observe and coach; lead performance management and disciplinary processes; identify talent for advancement.
• Interact with others in a respectful, positive manner; promote commitment to the vision and values; model behavior.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Maintain operational understanding of all store departments; cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
