Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store, including SOPs, company programs, and policies to ensure compliance and strong results.
• Deliver sales and KPI targets; manage the team to achieve role KPIs and plan objectives.
• Lead the execution of our customer brand promises and safety programs.
• Staff the store with qualified Team Members, hire, train, coach, manage performance, and develop talent.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and maintain cross-trained knowledge across departments.
