• Lead and manage all aspects of the store, including adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements; deliver sales and KPI targets.
• Hire, train, observe and coach the team; lead performance management and development for advancement.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and maintain operational understanding of all store departments; ensure cross-training in framing selling and production.
• Promote a positive, respectful workplace and uphold the company vision and values.
