You will coach associates, ensure SOPs, manage POS and Self-Checkout, oversee programs like BOPIS, Loyalty, and in-store events, while meeting KPIs through coaching and daily execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage front-end and service operations to drive selling, standards and KPIs.
• Coach team members to deliver Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs like Birthdays, Loyalty, MCC/Extend protection, and omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
