Job summary

Victra is seeking a Store Manager to shape the guest experience, coach a team, and exceed sales targets in a high-energy retail environment. You will lead by example on the sales floor, drive performance, and ensure brand compliance while managing daily operations.

You will recruit and develop talent, monitor key metrics, and help your team deliver world-class customer service through the full cycle of sales and store management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or leadership role
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment
• Experience in retail or wireless industry preferred
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Talent management: selecting, hiring, and developing the best store talent
• Train and mentor staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Own the store's sales strategy and drive daily, weekly, monthly targets
• Run daily operations and ensure store up-time, cash handling and compliance
• Greet customers, lead by example, and resolve issues promptly
