Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a retail sales team and create outstanding customer experiences in a high-volume store. You will coach associates, manage daily operations, and drive performance to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining store standards.

You will be responsible for developing talent, ensuring strong merchandising, and handling store operations when the General Manager is unavailable.

• Leadership experience or potential in a high-traffic sales setting.
• Proven ability to drive sales targets and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance and quota attainment.
• Oversee daily operations and store readiness when the General Manager is away.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and monitor progress against targets.
• Analyze sales data, manage inventory, and ensure merchandising standards.
• Support opening/closing procedures and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
