Victra is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, coach sales associates, and drive sales targets while ensuring a premium customer experience. You’ll handle daily operations, merchandising, and staff development, reporting to the store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, inventory, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance.
• Open/close store and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning when GM is away.
