Job summary

Comcast seeks a Retail Store Manager in New York to deliver a world-class customer and employee experience while achieving sales targets and ensuring operational excellence. You will lead a team, drive merchandising standards and cost controls, and coach staff to deliver outstanding service.

You will hire and develop an 8–12 person team, oversee inventory, scheduling and cash handling, and collaborate with market and regional stakeholders to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Comcast may consider coursework and experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
