Job summary

Comcast, a Fortune 50 leader in media and technology, seeks a Retail Store Manager in Illinois to lead the sales team, uphold merchandising standards, and optimize store operations.

You will coach staff, analyze performance data, manage inventory, and ensure outstanding customer experiences while partnering with the Store Manager to schedule, resolve escalations, and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred; related experience may be considered.
• 5-7 years of relevant retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Coaching retail sales associates to meet sales targets and service metrics, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
• Onboard and develop new hires to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring consistent store presentation and operational functionality of product demos
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resolve customer escalations with the Store Manager
• Implement operational procedures to enhance store efficiency, with a focus on inventory control and back of house organization
• Lead inventory accuracy efforts through regular cycle counts and adherence to inventory management best practices
• Analyze performance data to identify sales trends and opportunities for process optimization within the store environment
• Provide expert knowledge on products and services, staying abreast of industry trends to inform and educate the sales team
• Maintain punctual attendance; able to work nights and weekends as necessary
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
