Job summary

Comcast is seeking a Store Manager to deliver a best in class customer and employee experience. You will lead a store team, drive sales, manage merchandising, inventory, scheduling and cash handling while ensuring adherence to policies and budgetary targets.

You will hire, coach and develop staff, monitor performance with NPS insights, and partner with regional stakeholders to optimize store performance. A Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years retail leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; Comcast may consider combination of coursework and experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in retail leadership or store management.
• Strong coaching, people management and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a world class customer and employee experience, achieving sales goals and running an operationally sound business.
• Leads in-store merchandising, brand resets and training compliance; coaches team on product positioning.
• Manages staffing levels, scheduling, cash handling and inventory controls; analyzes reports to improve performance.
• Hires, coaches and evaluates personnel; develops performance plans and provides feedback.
• Losters relationships with market, region and division stakeholders; supports a culture of high performance.
