Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team alongside the Market Manager to exceed sales targets and operational goals while ensuring a welcoming and organized retail environment.
• Foster strong customer relationships by resolving escalations, listening actively and utilizing proven sales techniques to retain and upgrade customers.
• Ensure the store upholds Spectrum's brand standards and delivers outstanding sales and customer care.
• Staffing, inventory management and staffing while minimizing losses; provide coaching and training to team members.
