Job summary

COS in the United States seeks a dedicated Supervisor to energize a stylish, customer‑focused store environment in Skokie, IL. You will lead a team, manage opening/closing procedures, and translate sales data into actionable improvements.

This is a full‑time local contract with 32–40 hours per week, offering $23.56–$26.72 per hour, a 25% staff discount across COS brands, and benefits through the H&M group, plus extra employee programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience with styling advice and store ambiance.
• Manage opening and closing procedures and support management.

• Inspire and lead a team of sales assistants to maintain service standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including delivery, replenishment, floor coverage.
• Act as brand ambassador upholding company values in every interaction.
