SKIMS is seeking a Store Leader to advance a high-energy, customer-focused team in Chicago. You will coach, develop talent, and lead operations with a people-first mindset, aligning daily actions to the brand's standards.

You will manage floor presence, visual merchandising, payroll, and inventory while driving sales and store performance. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to hire, onboard, and retain top talent in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven track record in hiring, leading, and developing store teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with others and drive exceptional service.
• Deep understanding of customer service principles and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong operational and organizational skills.
• Strong visual merchandising skills with attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand and move around the store during shifts.
• Open availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset, coaching team to deliver welcoming, personalized experiences.
• Provide elevated service at speed, guiding high-volume moments with emotional intelligence.
• Educate and coach Team Members on the SKIMS brand and product expertise.
• Manage daily operations, visual execution, and merchandising standards.
• Own key business metrics like P&L, payroll, inventory, and productivity.
• Develop talent, create development plans, and hire onboarding processes.
• Foster ownership, collaboration, and mutual respect across the team and HQ.
• Build bench strength through feedback and coaching for career progression.
