Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven track record of hiring, leading, and developing store teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with others and deliver exceptional service.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
• Strong operational and organizational skills.
• Strong visual merchandising with attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand and be active 100% of the shift.
• Full-time availability: evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset to deliver a welcoming, inclusive, and personalized experience for each guest.
• Coach in real time and maintain strong floor presence to guide high-volume moments.
• Embed our mission and values in every part of the store experience and educate team members on SKIMS products.
• Manage daily operations, drive visual execution, and maintain store standards, replenishment, and merchandising.
• Own key business metrics including P&L, payroll, inventory, and productivity.
• Lead through impact with data-driven decisions, scheduling, and controllables management.
• Model learning agility and foster a culture of growth through feedback and coaching.
• Be flexible and proactive as plans evolve.
• Actively hire, onboard, and retain top talent to strengthen store culture.
• Develop clear development plans to support career progression.
• Foster clear communication to empower ownership, collaboration, and respect.
• Set the tone for teamwork, energy, and resilience, inspiring the team to perform.
• Align daily actions with long-term business vision and partner with HQ on strategy.
