Job summary

COS is seeking a proactive Supervisor to lead store operations in Skokie, IL. You will guide a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through styling advice, product knowledge, and a welcoming store atmosphere.

You will be responsible for opening/closing procedures, coordinating deliveries and replenishment, and driving sales performance while embodying COS brand values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail/hospitality with understanding of store operations, including opening/closing procedures and stock delivery processing.
• Customer-focused with commitment to excellent service.
• Product passion and enthusiasm for sharing that with customers.
• Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities and customer requests.
• Action-oriented and proactive in taking initiative to get things done.
• Strong communicator who listens to understand needs and perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer experience through styling advice, product knowledge, and engaging store environment.
• Take responsibility for store opening and closing procedures, supporting management as needed.
• Interpret sales data and collaborate with store leadership to optimize store performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of sales assistants to uphold exceptional service standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations like delivery, replenishment, and floor coverage for efficiency and compliance.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying brand values in every customer interaction.
