COS is seeking a Floor Manager in the United States to lead a dynamic store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will guide service, styling, and operations while ensuring brand standards and a welcoming environment on the shop floor.

You will drive sales through team leadership, onboarding, and continuous improvement, with flexibility to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Join a global fashion brand focused on performance and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level customer service through expert styling advice and store experience.
• Analyze sales data and collaborate with Store Manager to maximize department performance.
• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to achieve service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment and ensure onboarding and training for new team members.
• Identify and nurture future talent and contribute to development plans for the team.
• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and brand alignment.
• Act as a brand ambassador and deliver the best possible customer experience.
• Step in as Store Manager when required to maintain leadership and performance.
