O’Reilly Auto Parts in Fitchburg, MA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, service, and daily store operations.

You will lead the team, drive exceptional customer service, assist in hiring and training, and help meet store goals while coordinating with management on staffing, inventory, and processes. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
• Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom including program execution (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Ensure the retail sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours and assist in hiring and coaching.
• Assist the store manager in setting team goals, providing feedback, and ensuring training is up-to-date.
• Process buy online/ship to store and transfers; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store and that returns are processed correctly.
