O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role requires leading the team and maintaining service quality across peak hours, while assisting in hiring, training, and performance feedback.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Work with the store manager to staffing during peak hours and maintain staff coverage.
• Assist the store manager in setting team goals, coaching, and ensuring training compliance.
• Participate in hiring by recruiting tasks, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
• Ensure all orders and transfers are processed promptly and customers are notified on shipment arrivals.
