Qualifications

- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
- Certification programs relevant to automotive retail management preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise customer service levels at the showroom and ensure staff execution of service programs.
- Assist in staffing and scheduling to meet peak business hours and drive sales.
- Coach and mentor team members, aid in hiring, and conduct interviews.
- Ensure all orders, transfers, and returns are processed efficiently and correctly.
