O’Reilly Auto Parts in North Adams, MA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and daily operations. This role will lead the team during the Store Manager’s absence and on opposing shifts.

The Assistant Manager is expected to motivate staff, coach teammates, assist in hiring, and ensure consistent service, accurate transactions, and safe store practices, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must have Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure staffing during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring, coaching, and training, and ensure team members stay current on training.
• Perform opening/closing duties, secure money, deposits, and ensure store safety and security.
