Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily sales floor operations, drive sales targets, and manage staffing and training. You will oversee inventory, donations, and customer service while controlling payroll and expenses to meet budget goals.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and a commitment to Goodwill’s mission. Occasional travel between GCNA locations and training sessions is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the sales floor and achieve sales goals.
• Manage payroll and operating costs to stay within budget.
• Ensure excellent customer service for donors and customers.
• De-escalate customer situations and resolve issues.
• Oversee inventory, donation processing, and merchandising.
• Provide training and development for store team members.
• Serve as key holder and assist Store Manager as needed.
• Travel to GCNA locations to support other stores and training.
