Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to develop a high-performing team.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and contributing to store performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and quotas.
• Resolve customer issues and guide transactions to deliver an outstanding experience.
• Set and communicate goals for the team and monitor performance against metrics.
• Oversee store operations including merchandising, inventory, cash handling, and safety/compliance.
