Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, develop sales specialists, and drive customer experience while meeting sales targets.

You will coach associates, manage daily operations, and ensure merchandising and staffing align with company standards. This role offers training and opportunities for career advancement within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• You will need experience in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industries.
• You should have 1-2 years in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and building a high performing team.
• Strong interview skills and staffing knowledge are a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team by resolving customer issues and handling transactions.
• Take direction from store leader on day-to-day operations.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with the sales team.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Identify skill gaps and implement development plans for the team.
• Oversee store operations, analyze staffing, and report sales data.
