Job summary

Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll lead a store team to develop sales specialists and drive targets while managing daily operations and merchandising.

You will coach, mentor and motivate the team to reach higher performance, deliver an exceptional in-store experience, and ensure smooth store functioning during the General Manager’s absence.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within retail, wireless, or service industry is preferred.
• 1–2 years in a leadership or customer service role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Set and communicate daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and monitor performance.
• Resolve customer issues and support store operations and merchandising.
• Oversee staffing, training, and development plans to drive metrics.
• Maintain store up-time, inventory, and compliance with company standards.
