Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, drive sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and ensure merchandising and planogram compliance while supporting the General Manager in their absence.

You will foster a performance-driven culture, identify skill gaps, and develop plans to meet metrics and quotas.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team, resolve customer issues, and model selling skills.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals for the sales team.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, and merchandising aligned with company standards.
• Open/close responsibilities and ensure store uptime and compliance.
