Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States and seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, drive sales targets, and manage operations with a focus on exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach staff one-on-one, own the store's performance metrics, and handle merchandising, inventory, and incident resolution to ensure top results and a welcoming in-store experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless environment preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership or customer service supervisory experience.
• Ability to set goals, evaluate performance, and develop a high performing team.

Responsibilities

• Talent management: hiring, developing, mentoring the store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Own the store's numbers: track key sales metrics daily and coach in the moment.
• Run store operations: scheduling, reporting, cash handling, and opening/closing tasks.
