Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store to ensure SOPs and company programs are followed.
• Deliver sales and KPI plans while driving store team performance.
• Hire, train, coach and develop Team Members for advancement.
• Oversee shrink, safety programs, and compliance with policies.
• Act as Manager on Duty and ensure operational readiness of all departments.
