Qualifikationen

• 3+ years retail leadership experience
• Experience in merchandising and store operations preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and train staff

Aufgaben

• Assist Store Manager in SOP adherence and company programs
• Ensure execution of policies, store conditions, and results
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and floor flow
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels and replenishment
• Oversee Planogram execution and ensure merchandising sets are on schedule
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation
• Support a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment
• Manage inventory control, stock movement, and accuracy
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement
• Complete price changes accurately and on time across floors and systems
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and order processing
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with documentation accuracy
• Manage store damages procedures and shrink reduction
• Train and coach team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building
• Partner to maintain Asset Protection practices
