Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience with knowledge of inventory management, merchandising and customer service excellence.
• 2+ years of direct supervision of a diverse team including performance management and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store, ensuring SOPs and company programs are followed.
• Deliver sales and profit plans and KPI targets in line with annual objectives.
• Drive customer brand promises and supervise shrink and safety programs.
• Staff the store with qualified team members, hire, train, coach and manage performance.
• Act as Manager on Duty and ensure cross-training across departments including custom framing.
