Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and ensure SOP compliance.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and floor leadership.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and self-checkout systems.
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, birthday parties, Knit & Sew Shop).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and drive customer retention.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members across departments.
• Protect assets and reduce shrink.
