You will coach teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting key KPIs and ensuring smooth daily execution. Responsibilities include SOP adherence, POS operations, managing MOD coverage, and oversight of loyalty programs and in-store events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Drive conversion and customer satisfaction through coaching of selling behaviours.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, loyalty, Knit & Sew Shop) and omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
