Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience required.
• 2+ years of supervising a diverse team including performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store, ensuring SOPs and company programs are followed.
• Deliver sales and KPI targets, and manage store team to achieve objectives.
• Lead the execution of customer brand promises and safety programs.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Team Members; manage performance and discipline as needed.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and ensure cross-training across departments.
