Job summary

Lids Sports Group in the United States is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and coach a high-energy team.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and train store personnel, monitor goals for sales and tasks, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote Lids membership programs in-store.
• Execute store operations including cash handling, audits, inventory, and POS maintenance.
• Oversee product placement, merchandising, pricing changes, and backroom organization.
