Lids is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day retail operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service across a high-volume environment. You will supervise employees, manage scheduling, and ensure execution of merchandising standards.

This role requires strong leadership and a passion for team development. You will oversee inventory, vendor relations, and store policies while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for both staff and customers.
