Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and coach a team to deliver outstanding customer service. You will manage scheduling, training, and adherence to policy while maintaining visual standards and store safety.

You will report to the Store Manager and play a key role in achieving KPIs, loss prevention goals, and creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for customers and employees alike.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer concerns.
• Manage store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Administer discipline with verbal and written warnings.
• Engage team to create a fun, productive environment aligned with company goals.
• Schedule and staff the store, including peak periods.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on operations.
• Enforce company policies and safeguard assets.
