This role will lead team members, manage during absences, and coordinate with management on staffing and training. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply (Spanish helpful).
• Experience in retail store operations and customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver excellent customer service for retail and professional customers.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing and selecting qualified candidates.
• Oversee store opening/closing duties and security protocols.
• Ensure proper staffing of the retail sales counter during peak hours.
• Coach and mentor team members on goals and training.
