O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. You will lead the team in servicing customers and manage the store during absence or opposing shifts.

You will assist with hiring, coaching, scheduling, and training, while ensuring proper processing of orders, transfers, and returns. This role requires strong leadership and a focus on store performance.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and support programs.
• Assist in staffing during peak hours and coach team members on training.
• Participate in hiring tasks and interviews with management.
• Ensure proper processing of orders, transfers, and returns per policy.
