Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Assist the store manager to staff peak hours and achieve sales goals.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure phone calls are answered per company policy and orders are processed timely.
