Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Tacoma to lead daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales targets. You will develop and motivate a team, uphold brand standards, and ensure a positive shopping experience for every guest.

In this role you will manage scheduling, training, loss prevention, and store merchandising, while collaborating with the Store Manager to achieve KPIs and operational excellence. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Clear communication and people skills in a retail setting.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling, customer issues, and store needs.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS programs and goals.
• Maintain discipline with verbal and written warnings when needed.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment aligned with Brand Standards.
• Schedule and staff the store, including covering shifts during peak times.
• Execute store operations, cash handling, and inventory accuracy.
• Support VM, merchandising, and price changes to drive sell-through.
