Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a team, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will drive sales, manage scheduling, and ensure compliance with company policies in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a key leader, you will support the Store Manager, enforce visual standards, handle cash and inventory, and participate in training programs to foster a high-performing team. This is an on-site role in Washington state.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Lead, execute, and support Lids selling strategy to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Resolve customer feedback and escalations with a focus on “make it right.”
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code; ensure store cleanliness and signage.
• Open/close store per procedures and manage cash handling and inventory accuracy.
• Schedule, train, and develop store team; recruit and recruit training as needed.
• Assist in merchandising, VM, pricing changes, and seasonal updates.
