Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coaching retail sales associates to meet sales targets and service metrics
• Facilitating onboarding and development of new hires to deliver exceptional customer experience
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards and store presentation
• Partnering with Store Manager to coordinate staffing and scheduling
• Implementing procedures to enhance store efficiency, inventory control, and back-end organization
• Leading inventory accuracy through cycle counts and best practices
• Analyzing performance data to identify sales trends and opportunities for process optimization
• Providing product and service knowledge to educate the sales team
• Regular attendance; must work nights and weekends; overtime as needed
• Other duties as assigned
