Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a Material Handler II or Retail Clerk II or equivalent.
• Must be able to read and write.
• Basic math operations knowledge (percentages, sums, totals).
• Strong interpersonal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and security of donated merchandise.
• Process incident and production records, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Support cash register functions, including deposits and end-of-day reporting.
• Address customer needs promptly and foster long-term relationships.
• Enforce company policies and ensure safe and compliant operations.
