Job summary

Rack Room Shoes Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations and ensures adherence to company policies while delivering excellent customer service. The role provides leadership, guidance, and training to staff, and acts as the store leader in the manager’s absence.

Responsibilities include safety, inventory control, payroll, merchandising, loss prevention, and training to meet sales and service targets in a busy retail environment.
