The Assistant Manager will train associates, manage daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment, and assume full responsibility when the Store Manager is absent. Leadership skills and knowledge of footwear products are essential.

• Oversee inventory controls: receiving, pricing, markdowns, and stock integrity.
• Lead merchandising standards and visual presentation on the floor.
• Coordinate scheduling and payroll compliance.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection efforts.
