Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in New Jersey. You will lead team members, manage daily store operations, and ensure outstanding customer service while driving sales and ensuring store standards.

You will mentor associates, monitor KPIs, and partner with Store Manager to maintain a fun, inclusive environment and achieve company objectives. This role reports to Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead scheduling and staffing for store operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and dress code.
• Drive selling strategy to hit KPIs and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and till operations.
• Prepare for and assist with inventory audits.
• Recruit and train store personnel.
