Job summary

Lids Sports Group in National Harbor, MD seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will manage scheduling, training, and performance, uphold brand standards, and ensure engaging in-store experiences for fans.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing losses.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling, customer complaints, etc. when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead and manage store associates through training programs and goal setting; regular follow-up.
• Administer the progressive steps of discipline in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets and exceptional customer service.
• Ensure proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness according to visual guidelines.
