Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Newark, DE to be the heart of the store. You will lead daily operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while upholding brand standards.

In this role you will manage scheduling, training, and compliance with policies, while driving sales, maintaining visual merchandising, and delivering a welcoming store environment for fans and customers.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsabilités

• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and address issues in the moment, including escalations.
• Manage scheduling and staffing of the store and participate in recruiting and training.
