Job summary

Michaels is hiring at the CIN-EASTGATE, OH store to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout experience. The role includes unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms for a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

You will engage customers with the Rewards program, enroll Private Label Credit Card customers, support BOPIS/SFS processes, and help maintain store standards while upholding safety and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find what they need
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and handle cash to standards
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking and planogram maintenance
• Engage customers in the Michaels Rewards program and enroll them in Private Label Credit Cards
• Educate customers on VOC and feedback processes
• Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes
• Perform SISO and AD set duties and support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production
• Perform other duties as assigned
