Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking at the CIN-EASTGATE, OH location to deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store. You will ensure a fast, friendly checkout and participate in omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

This role involves stocking, planogram duties, and merchandise recovery to keep the store well-merchandised. You may cross-train in Custom Framing and must be able to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast checkout experience; cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) duties.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintain stock and store appearance.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
