Michaels Stores is seeking a store team member at CIN-KENWOOD, OH to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure fast checkout. You’ll support truck unloading, stocking, and merchandising while engaging customers in rewards programs and omnichannel services.

The role includes maintaining in-stock conditions and following SOPs, with cross training in framing sales where needed. Applicants must be able to stand for long periods and work nights, weekends, and early mornings as

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards
• Educate customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain store recovery, merchandise returns, and in-stock conditions
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact with customers in a positive, respectful manner; model company values
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
